Application of 10 ton double beam overhead crane in steel coil factory

We received an inquiry from a steel coil factory in Bangladesh and ultimately designed this QDX type 10 ton double beam overhead crane for the customer. In order to improve space utilization, we have equipped this crane with an NR electric hoist trolley as a lifting device. According to customer requirements, this double beam crane is equipped with a 10 ton/25 ton electronic hanging scale. It takes 2 months from production to delivery for shared use. The customer has completed the installation and testing and sent us the following testing videos.

When using QDX double beam bridge crane in a steel coil factory, the following points should be noted:

• Hang a sign for additional lifting capacity in a prominent place.
• The operator needs to confirm that the walking platform or trajectory is unmanned before turning off the main power supply.
• When a double beam crane operates on a line without obstacles, the hook or lifting tool, as well as the bottom surface of the lifting object, must be at least 2 meters above the ground.
• Double beam cranes cannot collide with each other, let alone use one crane to propel another crane for work.
