Dongqi Crane Delivers Major Order to Indian Steel Plant

In 2020, Dongqi Crane successfully completed and shipped a significant order for a steel plant in India. This order demonstrates our capability to manufacture and deliver high-quality overhead cranes for demanding industrial applications.

Complete Order Overview

QZ Type Grab Bridge Cranes (8 units):

  • 4 units: 20 ton capacity, 23 meter span, 16 meter lift height
  • 4 units: 10 ton capacity, 23 meter span, 15 meter lift height

QD Type Double Girder Bridge Crane (1 unit):

  • 25 ton main hook / 5 ton auxiliary hook
  • 17.7 meter span, 24 meter lift height

These cranes were specifically designed for steel plant operations, with the QZ grab cranes handling bulk materials and the QD crane serving general lifting needs.

Quality Manufacturing

All cranes were manufactured in our facilities according to international standards. The QZ grab cranes feature reinforced structures designed to withstand the impact loads of continuous grabbing operations. The QD crane with 24 meter lift height required precise machining on its end carriages to ensure smooth travel at elevated positions.

Each component underwent thorough inspection before being approved for packaging.

Professional Packaging for Ocean Transport

Recognizing the long sea journey and marine environment, all components received export-grade packaging:

  • Electrical panels were sealed in VCI rust-proof material and plastic film
  • Small components were secured in custom wooden crates with waterproof lining
  • Steel structures received protective wax coating and durable wrapping
  • Every item was labeled with weather-resistant tags showing destination and contents

Shipping and Delivery

The complete order was successfully loaded at the port and shipped to India. Upon arrival, the client received all components in good condition, clearly identified and ready for installation.
