A Production Record of Dongqi Crane’s 5t × 45m Electric Hoist
At Dongqi Crane, every hoist we deliver represents not only engineering precision but also the dedication of our production team. The following photo collection follows the manufacturing process of a CD type electric wire rope hoist, with a capacity of 5 tons and a lifting height of 45 meters—one of the units supplied to a motor factory project in Vietnam. These images offer a transparent view of how we transform quality materials into reliable lifting equipment, step by step.
1. Main Body Assembly
The first set of images shows the core structure of the hoist. The wire rope drum, motor, and reduction gearbox are assembled on a dedicated workbench. Special attention is given to the alignment of the rope guide and the even winding of the wire rope, ensuring smooth lifting operation. The welds and surface coating reflect our consistent standards for structural integrity and corrosion protection.

2. Trolley Frame and Travel Mechanism
The trolley section is captured in detail, showing the travel wheels, end carriages, and anti-derailment brackets before final fastening. The uniform coating application and the precision of the welding joints are clearly visible. Every component of the travel mechanism is designed to provide stable, low-maintenance movement along the beam.

3. Key Components – Attention to the Details
To ensure reliability, each critical accessory undergoes careful selection and assembly:
- Remote Controller: Shown with its sealed housing and clearly labeled controls, designed for safe and intuitive operation.
- Hook Block: Displayed from multiple angles, highlighting the forged hook, safety latch, and smooth rotation.
- Overload Limiter: Visible before integration, with neatly arranged wiring to guarantee accurate weight sensing.
- Nameplate: A clear view of the rating plate, listing rated capacity, lifting height, and manufacturing information for full traceability.

These components are handled with the same precision as the main assembly, reflecting our commitment to overall system reliability.
4. Final Assembly and Functional Checks
With all parts integrated, the complete hoist is photographed on the testing platform. Internal wiring inside the junction box is arranged in a clean, logical manner to facilitate future maintenance. Structural and functional checks are performed at this stage to confirm that the unit meets our performance standards before it is prepared for shipment.
5. Secure Packaging for Global Delivery
The final images document the packaging process. Each hoist is carefully placed into a custom-fitted wooden case. Machined surfaces and electrical components are protected with foam padding and anti-moisture film. The case is sealed with steel strapping and labeled for clear identification, ensuring the equipment arrives in the same condition it left our workshop.

At Dongqi Crane, we believe that reliable equipment begins with disciplined craftsmanship. From the selection of materials to the final packaging, every step is carried out with a focus on precision, safety, and long-term performance. This series of photos illustrates how we turn that philosophy into tangible results—building hoists that customers can trust, project after project.
