Project Showcase: A 10+10 Ton HD Crane Delivered to Hong Kong (2020)

At Dongqi Crane, we believe the best way to demonstrate our capability is through the projects we have successfully delivered. Today, we are looking back at a custom order completed in 2020 for a valued client in Hong Kong.

This project involved the design and manufacture of a 10+10 Ton HD Bridge Crane. Engineered to meet specific operational and spatial requirements, the crane featured a 22.86-meter span, a 9-meter lift height, and a full electrical system configured for 415V, 50HZ, 3P power.

Caption: The main girders, fabricated to achieve the required 22.86-meter span, were carefully wrapped in protective plastic upon completion to ensure they were preserved for transport and assembly.

Caption: Two 10-ton European-style electric wire rope hoists were produced for this project. As shown here, the hoists were securely packaged in custom wooden crates, prepared for the export journey to Hong Kong.

Caption: The end carriages, a critical component for smooth crane operation, were also completed and documented prior to integration with the main bridge structure.
